Jajaja Zinfandel Mendocino - 2022
Organic, dry farmed Zinfandel hand-picked in Mendocino. 50% the grapes were de-stemmed and 50% were left whole cluster for a 7-day semi-carbonic maceration. Grapes were then gently pressed and barreled down in oak barrels to finish fermentation. Sur lie aged for 3 1/2 months before being racked into tank for bottling.
