The white wine has pleasant and expressive aromas of citrus fruits, peach, and exotic fruits. It presents an incredible balance between tension and an unctuous mouthfeel. The wine is characterized by a real aromatic intensity on the nose, with the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety providing aromas of citrus fruits, exotic fruits, and a typical minerality of the terroir. The Sémillon grape adds richness and volume to the final blend. The wine is cold settled for one week prior to alcoholic fermentation at 18 degrees Celsius, and is then racked and kept on fine lees during the maturation process to gain complexity.
