Three classic types from the Itata valley's coastal region come together to create this combination. Because it ripens first, Corinto is picked before Muscat and Semillon. Corinto is identical to Chasselas save for its greater acidity and minerality as well as its bacon fat and pineapple undertones. Semillon is oddly reminiscent of cucumbers, although this is not where it thrives. The different varieties are fermented individually before being combined. The finished wine includes notes of flowers and spices.
