Grechetto wines typically display a straw yellow color. The bouquet is dominated by notes of white and yellow flowers, with persistent citrus, pear, and peach aromas. On the palate, the wine is soft and persistent. Grechetto wines pair well with a variety of dishes, including aperitifs, starters, fish, white meat, and soft or medium-aged cheeses. For optimal enjoyment, Grechetto wines should be served chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C (46-50°F).
