This Prosecco DOC Rosè Brut Spumante Millesimato is made with Glera grapes grown in our vineyards in the steep area of Montello and Pinot Noir grapes purchased elsewhere. It has a light antique pink color with coral pink nuances and an unlimited number of bubbles. On the nose, the classic Glera fragrances are complemented by little red fruits, almost like a wild strawberry, pomegranate, gooseberry, and sage. They progress to a hint of sugar and rose petals. Everything is incredibly delicate and lovely. It has a good flavor and is fresh and harmonic in the mouth. Astringent feelings that are nuanced and last a long time. Finish a good framework. And a clean palate. It is a sophisticated wine that begs to be consumed.
