About Le Colture

Le Colture is both a grower and a producer of wine, and it is situated in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, which is in the center of the Prosecco hills. The production of sparkling wines began in 1983, and Cesare is the current trustee of an extraordinary wealth of experience that includes both large and small production secrets, a thorough understanding of the region and its grapes, an inherent sensitivity for the health of the vine, and the ambience of the winery.

Cesare's three sons, Silvia, Alberto, and Veronica have been working full-time in the business for some time. They bring a lot of enthusiasm, the necessary breath of innovation that is typical of the younger generation, as well as a deep love for their land and respect for traditions. The result of a strong family unit in which each member is directly involved in every stage of the production process is the annual production of 730,000 bottles. Marzio Pol, an outside oenologist, has been supporting the winery for 15 years. Meanwhile, Cristian Agostinetto is in charge of overseeing the winemaking process.
