Bull Run Distillery began with the intention of producing a true Whiskey. A whiskey that reflects its origins as well as the influences that shaped its perspective. Their goal was to create a completely new style of American whiskey. The Oregon Single Malt Whiskey is crafted from 100% malted barley from the Klamath Basin and aged in new American oak barrels that have been impacted over time by the four distinct seasons of Western Oregon. This whiskey is the result of combining grain, oak, time, and Portland.
