Two weeks of skin contact give it structure, yet keeps the tannins delicate and approachable. Citrus zest, flowers, and the ginger notes on both the nose and palate underscore a delicate bitterness. Ginger has a deep and intense Orange color. The 2 weeks of skin contact bring some structure but the light extraction keep the tannins delicate and friendly. The aromatic is pretty strong with some citrus zest, ginger, flowers notes and an elegant bitterness increasing the intensity in mouth and bringing more freshness to the the blend.
