This terroir, located in the consistent Morgeot de Chassagne climate, has all the makings of exceptional wines. The complexity and length in the mouth are hallmarks of wine made from old grapes. The plot often contains empyreumatic or cynical undertones. This fragrant profile will win over the hearts of fans. Fresh-toasted barrels and maturing with very little sulphur were used to avoid overemphasizing this quality and making the wine harsh. Possibility of aging: 5–7 years. Taste at 10-12 degrees Celsius.
