Viognier 100% - Straw yellow in color. The nose is clean, delicate and intriguing. The aromas are of yellow fruit, black locust and magnolia flowers, dried orange peel, and subtle sea breezes. It pleasantly surprises, as it has a significant amount of substance which suggests a bright future. On the palate it fulfills the expectations, with an excellent structure, composed of minerality and acidity and sufficient substance to balance and satisfy. It shares many characteristics with the great Viogniers of the Rhône Valley. Already excellent, but with great potential for growth.
