This rosato has at least 12 hours of skin contact, which gives it a more intense color than a typical rosé. It should not be considered just a summer wine! The nose shows notes of blood orange, citrus, and fresh herbs. It has great acidity balanced by a touch of tannins, adding complexity to the wine.
