Vignobles Berthier's Coteaux du Giennois Blanc 'Terre de Caillotte' 2021 is crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in limestone soil. The wine is best served at 8-10°C and has an aging potential of 2 to 7 years. The winemaking process involves gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by settling of the juice. Alcoholic fermentation begins naturally under temperature control. The wine is then aged on fine lees for 9 to 12 months. This wine pairs well as an aperitif or with dishes such as fillet of sole or salmon bites. The 'Terre de Caillotte' offers an elegant and refined nose. On the palate, the wine is direct with good volume, featuring notes of white flowers and fruits.
