About Thomas Jullien Ventoux

Thomas Jullien, a skilled winemaker hailing from the picturesque hills of Ventoux, was nurtured at the foot of Mont Ventoux in Provence. He represents the third generation of winemakers in this region, inheriting the La Ferme Saint Martin estate from his father, who transitioned to organic farming back in 1989. After completing his enology studies, Jullien joined the estate in 2004 and has since dedicated over two decades to crafting pure, additive-free wines with a hands-off approach.

In 2017, he formed a partnership with Pierre Marin, a local farmer, to create wines sourced from Marin's organically cultivated fruit. While Marin tends to the vineyards using organic and biodynamic practices, Jullien focuses on the cellar work, skillfully transforming grapes into vibrant wines using only native yeasts and minimal sulfur additions during bottling. Notably, Jullien's winery resonates with music from September to June, a unique touch aimed at elevating the essence of his wines.
