About Fabulas

Fabulas' vineyards are situated in the town of Pretoro, 602 meters above sea level, with the Majella National Park as a backdrop. The park's namesake mountain range has a significant impact on the area. The Adriatic Sea is just in front of it, only 35 kilometers away. Extreme diurnal temperature swings can be attributed to these two factors in the environment. Several farms, close friends, and an exceptional winemaker came together to create Fabulas. They pay close and careful attention to the land as well as the winemaking process.

The wines of Fabulas are made with the 'whole-body' in mind. In most cases, they place a higher priority on producers' actual methods than on their level of certification. The Fabulas vineyard has significant horticultural and ecological significance. Inviting the animal spirit into the vineyard, the sheep provide natural and clever control of the native, untamed flora and natural fertilization. Minimal amounts of mechanical processing are used. Because of the vineyards' elevated location, it is clear that very minimal interventions, such as copper and sulfur applications, are needed to maintain plant health. According to Fabulas, an assurance of the efficiency of their operations is necessary to alter consumers' perceptions of Abruzzo. They have multiple EU certifications.
