About Domaine Didier Raimbault

Domaine Roger et Didier Raimbault is a family-owned farm winery situated in the communes of Verdigny, Sury and Vaux. The winery was founded in the 1940s by Roger Raimbault and later joined by his son Didier in the 1970s. Today, the winery is run by Didier and his sons Rodolphe and Sébastien. The vineyards are primarily planted with Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir under sustainable organic farming practices and minimal intervention in the winemaking process. the Domaine totals now 17.5 hectares, with 80% of the vines on steep slopes of 10-35 degrees,. In possession of two of the region's three terroirs, the estate’s fuller-bodied wines are yielded from the terre blanche, which is a calcareous clay with Kimmeridgian limestone; while les caillottes is of limestone and gravel, making delicate and fruity well-balanced whites.
