The wine has an aging potential of 10-15 years, allowing it to mature and develop its flavors over time. It is best served at a temperature of 10-12° to bring out its full character. This wine pairs well with fish and seafood, making it an excellent choice for a variety of meals. In his 2017 review, Bill Nanson of Burgundy Report described the wine as having "a complex nose, less textured and more mineral. Intense and at the same time complex in the mouth with a saline part. It's difficult because they are all good. Long, even haunting, very good wine (Again!)." Allen Meadows of Burghound noted in his 2018 review, "A fresher combination made up of notes of white fruits from the orchard, all embellished with notes of rosemary and lemon. In the mouth there is tension and rich flavors, in the middle of the mouth there is volume that gives a nice energy before ending with a lingering slightly warm finish."
