About Clovis

Behind this label lies a selection of the best Organic certified Côtes du Rhône. Remi Pouizin is a small farmer located in Visan. This cuvee is a blend of his grapes and some purchased fruit. Clovis is a delicate and fruity expression of Côtes du Rhône. The vinification is very gentle in terms of extraction to offer some velvety tannins and a fresh expression of red fruits and spice. Indigenous yeast only, 6 months in steel and concrete tank.
