This wine is sourced from the Lost Slough Vineyard in the Sacramento River Delta. The minerality in this wine is unique among California white grapes because to the Delta's colder air and loamy terrain. Fermented in stainless steel, sur lay for 6 months, then bottled. Aromas of honeysuckle, followed by the sweetness of stone fruits, and a taste reminiscent of river rocks. Natural yeast fermentation, no added filtration or fining.
