Vinedo de los Vientos is the only South American Producer bottling Arneis. The vines are trained in the High Espalier method to help with canopy management. They are planted 4000 plants per ha and yield 12 tons per ha. Indigenous yeasts are the preference, but selected are used when the fermentation is stuck (because temperatures are too cold and/or there is simply not enough ambient yeast).
This is a clean refreshing white, with apricot and baked apple aromas and a fresh finish.
