Grown on the northerly facing slopes of the Santa Coloma vineyard at a high altitude to protect the fruit and encourage slow ripening. The red fruit is bright across the palate thanks to phenomenal acidity. Forest floor, in all its dark and piney earthiness envelops the palate, as the fruit finishes long.
