Story

“Bing cherry and dark berry fruit are complemented by cedar, cigar box, and cocoa powder. The front palate shows off the structure of the vintage, yielding juicy tannins and great weight. Dried fruit gives way to rich notes of toasted oak and chocolate covered cherries. The healthy amount of Merlot and Cabernet Franc are not only give this wine a complex flavor profile, but elegance worthy of its Bordeaux roots. With abundant tannins and well balanced acidity this wine will age beautifully for the next 8-12 years.”
