This wine is bone dry and the mouth feel is crisp and refreshing. The Pinot Gris gives acid and freshness to the wine, the Chardonnay adds aromatics and character, while the Roussanne brings needed body and weight to balance the wine. Not a bit of residual on the palate. Kiwi, lemon rind, fresh herbs and ripe mango on the nose, bosc pear and stone fruit on the initial taste, with a lingering presence of red plum, nectarine and peach on the mid-palate, a distant finish of fresh marzipan.
