Story

Sourced from several vineyards in the Northern Willamette Valley, including Illaha Vineyard and Mahonia Vineyard. All vineyards are farmed sustainably and without irrigation. 3,000 cases produced. Hand sorted and destemmed. 25% was kept whole berry through the 3-5 day soak. Fermented in 1.25 ton, open-top fermenters with twice-daily pumpovers in the first three days of fermentation leading to twice-daily punchdowns. Pressed 18 to 21 days later and racked into barrels after settling over night.
