This particular bottling of the Firelit Coffee Liqueur is a collaboration with Café Grumpy, the local New York café and roaster that first set up shop in Chelsea in 2005. The coffee is sourced from a collective in northern Burundi, which has ideal conditions for growing the Arabica bourbon variety.
