Fermentation:Immediately after the grapes were picked, they were whole cluster pressed. The juice was then transferred to stainless steel tanks, where fermentation took place.
Elevage:At the end of fermentation, the wine was carefully transferred to used French oak barrels, where it aged for three months. No new oak was utilized in the vinification process. After this aging period, the wines were racked into a tank and blended, followed by cold stabilization in preparation for bottling.
